Orders and Shipping
We process and ship orders quickly—most customers receive their packages within 2–5 business days, depending on location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Creating an account is simple. Just click the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website, enter your basic information, and verify your email. Your account will be ready in minutes.
You can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Account Details” or “Addresses” section. If you need to change the address for an order already placed, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.
For your security, we do not store full credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted third-party system to protect your financial data.
Yes, we charge sales tax where required by law. The exact amount will appear at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping availability depends on your location and local regulations. You can check whether we ship to your country by entering your address at checkout or contacting our support team for clarification.
Whenever possible, we ship all items together in one discreet, secure package. If an item requires separate handling or comes from a different fulfillment center, you may receive multiple shipments—but you’ll be notified and given tracking numbers for each.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. For safety and compliance reasons, opened cannabis products cannot be returned. To start a return, simply contact our support team for authorization and instructions.
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll quickly fix the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the exact return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once a package is in transit, we may not be able to redirect it.

Some out-of-stock items may be available for pre-order, depending on inventory and upcoming restocks. If pre-orders are open, the option will appear on the product page. You can also join our waitlist to get notified when the item returns.
